ليس هناك كلمة يمكن لها ان تصف الشهيد ولكن قد تتجرأ بعض الكلمات لتحاول وصفها , فهو شمعة تحترق ليحيا الآخرون وهو انسان يجعل من عظامه جسراً ليعبر الآخرون الى الحرية وهو الشمس التي تشرق ان حل الظلام الحرمان والاضطهاد .
الشهداء هم الذين وضعوا اسس الحضارة والمستقبل
وفي هذا اليوم الأليم من تاريخ لبنان قداس شهداء المقاومة اللبنانية ونحن نجل ونحترم ونقدر كل شهيد سقط للدفاع عن لبنان من اي حزب او طائفة او مذهب لبناني كان .
وبعد متابعة بدقة لكلمة الدكتور سمير جعجع ندعو جميع القوى السياسية الوطنية الحريصة على مستقبل لبناننا الحبيب الذي يمر بأصعب ايام تاريخه منذ اعلان لبنان الكبير حتى اليوم بتأني واصغاء لما قاله الحكيم من خارطة الطريق واضحة وبكل جرأة وحس وطني لا مثيل له ومد يد لجميع شركائنا في الوطن دون استثناء بدءاً من انتخاب رئيس للجمهورية وتأليف حكومة شرعية وبعدها حوار وطني في قصر بعبدا لوجود رئيس للجمهورية .
لا بديل عن الحوار الا الحوار ولا خيار لنا كلبنانيين الا العيش المشترك والوحدة الوطنية .
عشتم وعاش لبنان وعاش شهدائنا الأبرار .
