طالب فراس ابو حمدان كل العالم العربي والمجتمع الدولي النظر بعين العدالة للنازحين اللبنانيين المهجرين من قراهم في الجنوب من جراء العدوان الصهيوني.
وسأل عن الوضع المزري وتهلي الدولة وكل المجتمع العربي والدولي عن هؤلاء النازحين والمهجرين قصراً بفعل الاعتداءات الاسرائيلية، في حين نرى هجمة متصاعدة لاحتضان النازحين السوريين في لبنان وتوفير كل مقومات الحياة وكل وسائل المساعدة والبنى التحتية تتوافر للنازحين السوريين وكل المجتمع يجند نفسه لخدمة هؤلاء في حين يترك اللبناني أسير ضعف الإمكانيات الرسمية ولا يجد مأوى له سوى قاعات المدارس والحدائق العامة ومراكز الإيواء التي لا تتوافر فيها مقومات الدنية لأي حياة.
وطلب أبو حمدان بان يكون هناك مؤتمر عاجل مصلحة لبنانية لمساعدة الدولة اللبنانية في احتضان النازححين اللبنانيين من قراهم مع العمل مع المجتمع الدولي لتوفير الحد الأدنى من مقومات الحياة لهم.
