بيان توضيحي من هيئة إدارة السير!
أوضحت هيئة ادارة السير والآليات والمركبات-مصلحة تسجيل السيارات والآليات أن اللاصقات الالكترونية E-vignette ملزمة بموجب المادتين 145 و 154 من القانون رقم 243 تاريخ 2012/10/22 (قانون السير الجديد)، مشددة على أنها ضرورة أمنية واثبات اضافي بتسديد رسوم السير السنوية على قاعدة بيانات الهيئة ووزارة المالية.
أما بالنسبة للبدلات المالية لقاء تقديم اللاصقات الالكترونية، فأوضحت في بيان أنه تم تحديدها بموجب قرار مجلس ادارة هيئة ادارة السير والآليات والمركبات رقم 214 تاريخ 2023/10/5، واستناداً الى الرأي الاستشاري الصادر عن ديوان المحاسبة رقم 21 تاريخ 2023/9/12.
واشارت هيئة ادارة السير إلى أن هذه اللاصقات أصبحت متوفرة، ومؤكدة أنها تحرص على تسليمها الى شركات تحويل الأموال المخولة استيفاء رسوم السير السنوية دون أي تأخير، وهي ملزَمة بدورها بتسليمها للمواطنين اعتباراً من تاريخ 2024/6/7.
وذكّرت المواطنين بضرورة المطالبة بالاستحصال على اللاصقة الالكترونية عند تسديد رسوم السير السنوية، ليتم تزويدهم بها خلال بضعة أيام، ولصقها على أسفل زجاج المركبة الأمامي لجهة اليسار تطبيقاً للنصوص والقرارات المرعية الاجراء.
